SHIPPING POLICY
Production in China.
Delivery worldwide.
Every shipment follows the written quotation and order confirmation. Timing and included services vary by product, destination and trade term.
Production and handling
Products are manufactured and normally dispatched from China. Sample, production and handling times begin only after required payment, final specifications and artwork or sample approval. The confirmed schedule appears on the written quotation or order confirmation.
Transit estimates
Courier, air and ocean transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs reviews, carrier congestion, weather, holidays, port conditions and other events outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping methods and tracking
Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight and consolidated delivery. Tracking or shipping documents are provided when available for the selected service.
Addresses, delivery attempts and split shipments
Customers must review the consignee name, address, contact details and import information before dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, storage, redelivery or refusal may be charged to the customer. Large or time-sensitive orders may be shipped in parts when agreed or operationally necessary.
Trade terms, duties and taxes
EXW, FOB, DAP and supported DDP options carry different responsibilities. Freight, customs clearance, duties, taxes and brokerage are included only when the written quotation expressly says so. See our Customs & Duties Policy.
Loss or damage
Inspect packages promptly and keep cartons, labels and product evidence. Report visible damage or missing cartons as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review the carrier record and available remedy.
